CORI Registration Information

To All AYS Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Volunteers,

The Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) requires every coach, assistant coach, and volunteer to submit to a Criminal Offender Records Information (CORI) background check prior to working with any AYS youth. If you do not complete this MYSA CORI you will not be allowed to volunteer. If you have completed a CORI for your present job YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS ONE ALSO. NO EXCEPTIONS.

**NEW Adult Registration and CORI Registration Process**

Starting Monday, August 17, 2015; all adults (persons age 18 and older) are required to register directly with Mass Youth Soccer using the new Adult Registration Portal on ShareView, the Membership Management System from Affinity Sports. (Even if adults have previously registered with their local organizations and have an up-to-date CORI registration, they will still be required to register using this new process.)

Every adult  who may have the opportunity to have direct and unmonitored access to children is required by state law to complete the CORI certification process. (Massachusetts CORI Reform - Chapter 385 of the Acts of 2002).  The first step of the process will be for all adults to properly register with Mass Youth Soccer using the new Adult Registration process on ShareView. After they have registered with Mass Youth Soccer, adults will be able to complete the CORI registration process.
